Texting terms
Last updated October 10, 2026
mygoodagent and Jake Woodward text people who ask to hear from them about buying or selling a home. Some texts come from an automated assistant working for Jake. It always says it's automated, and Jake can step in at any time.
How you agree
By ticking the box to be texted on a form on this website, or by asking Jake or mygoodagent to text you (for example at an open house or on a call). You never have to agree to texts to get help, buy or sell.
What you'll get
Replies about your request: questions about what you're looking for and setting up a time to talk. How many depends on the conversation; we don't send texts on a schedule or from a list. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP at any time (or words like "stop texting me"). You'll get one message confirming it and no more texts from mygoodagent at that number. Reply START if you'd like texts again.
Help
Reply HELP, or contact Jake at 203-415-4752 or realtorjakewoodward@gmail.com. You can also email support@gurubroker.app.
The fine print
- Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Texts are sent for mygoodagent through Guru Broker, a service of Go Broker Hub LLC.
- We don't share or sell your mobile number or texting consent for anyone's marketing. See the privacy policy.
